It’s the ultimate place for a small group or families of up to 5 guests, that are seeking that ‘holiday feeling’. Relax on the verandah whilst taking in the coastal vibes, and amazing nature reserves, whilst being metres from restaurants, cafes, ice cream stores and boutique shops.

Park your car in the garage and leave it there as it is time to switch off from the hustle and bustle!

Property Details

The space

The 2 bedroom apartment has a view of the water and is part of a 4 apartment complex. It is on the first floor, up a short flight of stairs. The space is modern coastal with a palette of oak, rattan with crisp white finishes throughout. Our goal is to create a relaxed sanctuary that feels extremely inviting and comfortable for our guests.

The bedrooms are carpeted with built in robes. The living space incorporates the kitchen, living and dining areas which open out onto the balcony. Air con, Wifi and Netflix ensure all bases are covered. There is a family Weber BBQ on the balcony which is perfect for dinners and relaxing while watching the ocean and beach life.

Chris & Lisa are the proud property owners of not only Beachfront at South West Rocks but also another property called Beachside at Terrigal Beach. They are a young family consisting of two young boys. They love to holiday here at South West Rocks- Lisa grew up in this beautiful town and has many family members residing here. They are the first approved Property Partners with Unique Stays Auz.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

 

South West Rocks main beach is located directly in front of the apartment and Horseshoe Bay is located to the left of the local surf club (on the other side of the headland). These are patrolled swimming beaches throughout summer and are popular with families due to the relatively calm and clear waters. Trial Bay is a must do for families, with ultimate protection from the swell creating a perfect place for swimming with younger children.

Cafes, restaurants and shops are all within a short stroll and there are plenty of walking and cycling paths.
